Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
To respect both my time and other clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, and no-shows may result in a fee up to 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Policy:
If you are 10 minutes late, you will not be able to get any nail art and will receive a solid color. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be responsible for 100% of your appointment total.
